Name meaning : After the house at the locality.
Notes : Passenger facilities only as Kermode (also known for a short time as Camp). Camp Siding was situated half a mile south (also known as Military Siding (Mona Vale)) in 1932 and was opened for the Dept of Defence. This siding shifted to Kermode in 1936 and retained the Camp Siding name.
